Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives
Watch this space for upcoming ADHD Classes with Peer Support
These psychoeducational classes are facilitated by Dr. Evelyn Miccio, a California licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in neuropsychology. The material is based on the acronym she created — L.E.S.S.O.N.© — regarding empirically supported ADHD interventions. The class forum aims to provide a non-judgmental, inclusive space with peer support to unpack the ways in which ADHD and low self-esteem may be hampering your potential. Each class will focus on the diagnostic and associated symptoms, scenarios and solutions related to adult ADHD. We will review current research about the disorder, neuroanatomy, emotion regulation, communication, relationships, time management, self-care and interventions.
ADHD Classes meet on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 6pm-7:30pm
